Why Soft Washing?

This is our specialty! Soft washing is a cleaning technique that uses low-pressure water and good old fashion hand scrubbing to help safely clean the exterior surfaces of a house without causing any potential high pressure damage. This method uses carefully chosen cleaning solutions to effectively kill mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and other microorganisms. The area is wet down before applying our custom solution to suit whichever surface we are cleaning. We then scrub where needed and rinse everything down to reveal the results. Regular soft washing of your home’s exterior will certainly boost kerb appeal whilst also helping to maintain your property value. Due to the use of lower water pressure, this method is ideal for cleaning the more fragile surfaces of your home’s exterior. Things like walls, eaves and outdoor ceilings. These surfaces may be damaged if you go and blast them with a high pressure cleaner, sometimes even requiring costly repairs. For living organisms like algae, it is also better that our detergents kill them instead of just blasting them off with high pressure and onto another nearby surface. Soft washing is certainly gentler than pressure washing in terms of PSI, but overall, it also often provides a more effective and long-lasting clean.
